Reporting Continuing Education Credits
With the launch of our new website, we want to ensure you can easily find and manage your Continuing Education (CE) records. Whether you are looking for past credits or submitting new ones, here is everything you need to keep your profile up to date.
Accessing Your CE History
If you are looking for previously submitted CE credits, they remain securely housed within your ADA Profile. To view your history:

Log in to the
ADA website . -
Navigate to your member profile.

Click on "All CE Credits" to see your full transcript.
How to Report New Credits
The TDA provides multiple convenient ways to submit your new certificates of completion:

Email: Send your certificates directly to the TDA office. Click here.

Fax: Fax your certificates to 615-628-0214. Please include your full name and ADA number on the cover sheet.
Tip: Always keep the original certificate in your personal files for your own records.
Compliance & Record Keeping
While the TDA provides this tracking tool to help you stay organized, please remember that it is the responsibility of each dentist to maintain a complete CE record sufficient for license renewal or auditing purposes.
