What would you do with more time for the work you actually love? AI can help us eliminate draining busywork, solve problems more creatively, and put more attention toward the patients, people, and purpose. This practical, hands-on session shows professionals how to use everyday AI tools as creative thought partners—not just chatbots—to reclaim time and tackle real challenges.
Educational Objectives:
- Identify practical AI tools for everyday professional challenges.
- Use AI as a creative partner for purposefully reinvesting time.
- Apply AI to a real challenge or time-consuming task from their own work.

Speaker: Chris Leonard
Chris Leonard is the de-overwhelmer of teams who are stuck, burned out, and falling behind.
He uses stories, research, and road-tested experience to shed light on the forces holding people back, moving audiences forward with practical energy and purpose.
A Tennessee-based independent consultant, Chris has spent his career helping organizations navigate change, from Agile transformation to intentional AI adoption. He brings the perspective of a practitioner, coach, and lifelong student of how people work together.
Away from the corporate world, Chris serves in nonprofit board leadership, advocates for urban forests, and makes music as an independent artist. He believes work should be effective, meaningful, and—ideally—a little more fun.
