The key to successful leadership today is influence not authority. Having an impactful presence requires assertiveness in a respectful and authoritative manner, but it doesn't start and end there. You have to know your own value and appreciate that you can - and should - have an impact. This course will help you learn what having an impactful presence means, how to communicate with confidence, and how to leave a lasting impression in any situation.

• What does it look, sound, and feel like to have an impactful presence?
• Learn practical communication and interpersonal skills to engage in a deeper way.
• Evaluate your strengths and identify areas that need improving.

Speaker: Tiffany Olson

Tiffany Olson earned a B.S. and M.S. in Communication at Illinois State University. She has nearly 30 years of teaching experience, both in the college classroom and in the corporate environment. She enjoys helping her clients hone their skills through workshops and one-on-one coaching.
