Speaker: Mark Kenny

Mark Kenny is a keynote speaker and leadership advisor who helps organizations align people, priorities, and execution so they can move forward as one team.

Mark’s experience as a software company founder and association leader gave him a firsthand look at what gets in the way of people working well together. He saw organizations invest heavily in systems and processes while some of the biggest barriers to execution existed between people. Those experiences ultimately shaped his Uncommon Collaboration™ framework.

Mark has worked with leaders and teams at organizations including Nissan, Mars, Deloitte, and the State of Tennessee, and has worked with dental leaders through organizations including the Florida Dental Association and Seattle Study Club.
