Dentistry is a regulated profession, and many dentists are small business owners. Because of this, state government plays an increasing role in how we operate. Effective legislative advocacy is crucial to the profession of dentistry. TDA lobbyists work to ensure the voice of dentistry is heard during important policy negations.
